In case you've never come across me before...I'm a rated top Airbnb host in Canada (identified by Airbnb as in the top 1%). I've earned well over 7-figures on Airbnb hosting as many as 11 properties at once over the past 7 years.
During those past 7 years, I’ve definitely seen lots of ups and downs in the market. Be it during the pandemic, periods of hyper competition or during the annual slow seasons.
It was during my first slow season when things got really bad. I was holding my price at my “minimum” knowing my place was worth at LEAST that much. But my calendar was pretty much empty. So, I started experimenting with dropping my price – and it worked – my calendar was filling up, but I was hosting some pretty horrible guests.
I couldn’t keep going hosting terrible guests, just to pay the bills.
I knew there had to be a better way. Other hosts in my area were surviving the slow season and Canada isn't the only market in the world that has a slow season.
So, I went to work researching everything I could about earning a higher rate on Airbnb (even during slow season). I experimented with tons of different strategies too. My efforts paid off. In less than a year my Airbnb business was flourishing – even when demand was weak. I'd never made so much money in my life. EVER.
Because I finally figured out the delicate balance between nightly rates AND occupancy AND the market conditions to create a highly profitable Airbnb hosting business — and I want to share it with you in this 5-day workshop!
